Rooms for Rent in Shared Flats in Malaga
Below you can find examples of some of the rooms we have available in shared student flats in Malaga.
All the apartments are fully furnished and the kitchens are all equipped with refrigerator and cooker. Most flats have an independent living room with dinning space and a TV and the individual rooms will all have a bed, closet and normally a small study table and chair.
As it is possible to see from the photos of the different apartments most student flats are not luxury furnished but are very suitable if you are looking for a cheap place to live and will like to live with other students.
In all the apartments the students in the flat will be responsible for the daily work like cooking and cleaning although some includes weekly cleaning. There are in general no supervision but in most apartments it is required that the student pays a deposit equivalent to one months rent for damages occurred in the flat.
