Accommodation Options & Prices
Shared Apartment
In a shared apartment you will be living with other students (normally both foreign and Spanish), sharing kitchen, bathroom and living room in a 2-4 bedroom apartment. The students living together will be responsible for working out the daily routines like cooking and cleaning. This type of accommodation is a good way to get to know other students from other countries and to make new friends.

Spanish Host Family
Living with a Spanish Host Family is a great opportunity to get to learn more about the Spanish culture and improve your Spanish language skills. In a host family you will live as a member of the family, participate in meals, family gatherings and you will have to practice your Spanish all the time.

Individual Studios or Apartments
We also offer individual studio or apartments for students who don't want to share with anyone. These individual apartments can vary in size from small studios to large apartments and are available from a couple of days to several months. The price for a small studio in Salamanca starts at 50Eur per day or 600 per month and a 1-2 bedroom apartment starts at 70-100 per day and 800-1500Eur per month. Registration & Payment
To make a reservation you will first of all have to submit the registration form you find below. As soon as we receive your booking you will receive a response confirming that we are processing your request and confirm availability. In this confirmation we will also send you information about how to pay the initial deposit which is 200Eur.When we have received your deposit we will start the process of reserving your accommodation and you will also receive further information about Spain and Salamanca by email.
The total outstanding amount is due to be paid 4 weeks before your arrival to Spain.
The deposit of 200Eur can be paid by bank transfer, credit card or bank and personal cheques. The outstanding amount can be paid by either bank transfer or by cheque.
Refunds
Your initial deposit will not be refunded in any circumstances.
Changes
All changes regarding to the booking (i.e. type of accommodation, start date) are free of charge when communicated up to 4 weeks before the arrival date. When communicated later all changes are subject to a 50Eur fee.
